Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
